Wiki documents in Confluence are called pages. You're looking at one now.
To make it easier to keep different topics separate, Confluence organizes pages into spaces. There is a space for every director-level group in UTS: Academic Technologies, Call Center, Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Services, Infrastructure, Integration, IT Service Management, and Project Management.
