To request access to the Emory Apple Developer Account and/or the Google Play Console, follow these steps:

  1. Agree to accept the Terms & Conditions
  2. Complete the questionnaire


Terms & Conditions


  1. Use 2FA
  2. Do not share distribution cert. Remove and destroy distribution cert when no longer used if not expired.
  3. Renew account every 6 months.

Questionnaire

  1. Which app(s) are you requesting for?
  2. Are you requesting access to the Apple Developer Account or the Google Play Store Console or both?
  3. What is the planned number of updates per year?
  4. Fill out request form and questionnaire for each account for which access is requested.
    1. For Apple App Store apps
      1. Complete a list of email addresses that will receive invitations to access the Apple Developer Account. If neither of the two roles is sufficient, you may request additional permissions  by indicating the other roles required:  
      2. Edit the table that lists each permission by role and indicate whether or not you will use this permission and describe how it will be used if different from the values provided.
    2. For Google Play Store apps
      1. Complete a list of email addresses that will receive invitations to access the Google Play Console account. If neither of the two roles is sufficient, you may request additional permissions  by indicating the permissions required:
